To implement refund and void for Maya Checkout, you can refer to the following steps and API endpoints:

  1. Understanding Refund and Void: Refund and void functionality is available via Manager or API. To enable this functionality, reach out to your Maya Relationship Manager.

  2. API Endpoints: The relevant API endpoints for refund and void are not directly mentioned in the provided context. However, you can find detailed information on managing voids and refunds in Maya Checkout in the ‘Managing Voids and Refunds in Maya Checkout’ guide.

  3. Additional Resources: For a comprehensive understanding, you can refer to the ‘Maya Checkout Technical Guide’ and ‘Authorize (Hold) and Capture Payments in Maya Checkout’ guide.

Hi QloApps Team,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing details about your platform and use case.

Based on your description, it appears that you are acting as a payment facilitator/integration partner for Philippine merchants. To add with the AI response and to align expectations, here are the key points specific to integrating Maya Checkout under this setup:

Maya Checkout (Payment Facilitator / Integrator Setup)

  • Refund and void capabilities require explicit enablement
  • Access to the refund and void APIs is gated and becomes available only after approval, which typically includes internal reviews and the execution of required NDAs.
  • As an acting integration partner:
    • Coordinate with your assigned Maya Relationship Manager, or
    • Reach out to business.signup@maya.ph

Thanks!

Hi sir @genson.cerezo , thanks for your reply,

I want to do it via API.

As per checking, i don’t see any sample POST Request for void.

I need sample snippet for it like where i can send the request and the body.

Thanks

Hello @nik,

Thanks for the follow-up, and we understand the need for a concrete API example.

At the moment, the Void and Refund APIs for Maya Checkout are gated features and require prior enablement and approval. The API specifications, endpoints, and sample request payloads (including POST requests for void) are not publicly available.

  • If your enablement has already been approved, your assigned Maya Relationship Manager will be able to share the full API specifications and sample snippets with you directly.
  • If not yet approved, coordinating with your Relationship Manager or reaching out to business.signup@maya.ph would be the next step.

We appreciate your interest in implementing this via API and thank you for your understanding. Let us know if you need help with the enablement process.
