As per checking with List of mock cards AMEX is not included in the list. Kind request if we have could sample test cards for AMEX?
No, American Express (AMEX) test cards are not available in the Sandbox environment for testing. While AMEX is supported in Production, the provided Sandbox test card lists in the documentation (including the full list of mock cards) only include Visa, Mastercard, and JCB test cards. There are no AMEX test cards provided for Sandbox use. You may proceed with testing AMEX transactions only in the Production environment using real cards.
