Dynamic QR is unable to process GCash transactions. What is the possible concern here?

It seems you may be referring to Dynamic QRPH. Dynamic QRPH is unable to process GCash transactions because GCash is not supported in the Sandbox environment. It is only supported in Production. To test GCash transactions, you should use the Production environment and ensure that your account is configured for Production use.
