Getting "merchant not found" error while testing for a new merchant

Hi Team,

We were performing charge for a new merchant on Maya’s production environment.

The strange part is, we were able to successfully link the account to the wallet however, at the time of charge, we are getting “merchant not found” error..Any idea why this is happening?

The error code PYBY0003 - ‘Merchant not found’ indicates that your merchant account is not fully configured or registered in Maya’s system for transaction processing, despite successful wallet linking. This is a merchant configuration issue, not an API key or payment method problem. In production, you must contact business.support@maya.ph to validate and complete your merchant setup. Ensure that your merchant ID, terminal details, and integration parameters (including the correct environment and credentials) are correctly registered. Provide them with your request reference number (beplq88guov1he7qvg7f7h91) and the full error log for faster resolution.
