Maya recently has Apple Pay integration available, how can I set it up

To set up Apple Pay with Maya, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you have an active Maya merchant account with card (scheme) acceptance enabled.
  2. Comply with Apple’s Acceptable Use Guidelines for Websites.
  3. Choose the appropriate Maya product based on your payment channel:
    • For online payments: Use Maya Checkout. Customers will see Apple Pay as an option during checkout and can authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or their device passcode.
    • For in-store payments: Use Maya Terminals. Customers can pay by holding their Apple device near the terminal and authenticating with Face ID, Touch ID, or their passcode.

Once configured, Maya will handle tokenized payment credential processing and settlement automatically.
