For Payment Facilitator setups, how do we create Sub IDs under MIDs, for submerchants onboarded under MIDs?

Sub IDs are identification numbers that are assigned to each sub-merchant (of a payment facilitator), and these Sub IDs should be either:

  1. configured by the payment facilitator (or its system/application)
  2. actual identifiers that the sub-merchant uses
