How to integrate checkout in my maya business
To integrate checkout in your Maya business, follow these steps:
- Define your setup: Choose your integration method (API or SDK), select payment methods (Cards, QRPh, Maya Wallet, etc.), and specify additional features (Authorize & Capture, Fraud Protection, Payment Facilitator processing).
- Sign up for a Maya Business Manager account: Go to https://pbm.paymaya.com/ and create an account. Complete your business profile and upload required documents.
- Generate your API keys: Log in to Maya Business Manager, go to Solutions → Maya Checkout, and click ‘Set up Online Payments’. Fill in the form and submit it to generate your public and secret API keys.
- Configure & Implement: Use your API keys to authenticate your application with Maya Checkout. Refer to the implementation guides for your chosen integration type.
- Apply best practices: Ensure your system handles all key payment states and scenarios by following guides on payment statuses, webhooks, voids, and refunds.
- Go live: Coordinate with your Maya Relationship Manager and complete the Go Live Checklists.
