Good day Maya Business Team,

I am writing to request a review of my Maya Advance reloan eligibility.

My Maya Advance loan has already been fully paid, and my account shows a ₱0.00 balance. I have always been a good payer, and my Maya Business account is very active with many transactions.

However, my account still shows that I am not pre-qualified to apply again. I would like to respectfully ask for your assistance in checking and reviewing my account eligibility.

I truly need the funds to support my business operations and daily expenses. I assure you that I will continue to use the service responsibly and maintain a good payment record.
