Our onsite store currently uses the Maya terminals. Our management is planning to integrate the terminals to our POS. How should I start the integration? I currently don’t have experience on this.
To integrate the Maya terminals with your POS system, you will need to follow these steps:
- Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Maya to acquire the integration kit, which includes the ECR Integration Guide, ECR Specifications, USB Driver, USB Driver Installation Guide, Emulator (Test tool for merchants), and ECR UAT Test Cases.
- Review the ECR Integration Guide to understand the technical requirements and steps for integrating your POS system with the Maya Terminals.
- Ensure your POS system supports USB or RS-232 serial communication, as required by the Maya Terminals.
- Use the provided ECR Specifications and USB Driver to set up the communication between your POS system and the Maya Terminals.
- Test the integration using the Emulator and ECR UAT Test Cases provided in the integration kit.
- Contact your Maya Relationship Manager or email business.support@maya.ph for further assistance and to discuss any specific requirements or concerns you may have.
It is recommended to start by reviewing the ECR Integration Guide and familiarizing yourself with the technical requirements and steps outlined in the guide.
