What is the cause of the error “403 Forbidden” when a customer cashing-in using maya login-to-pay? The Log-in page is not displaying, instead it leads to a “403 Forbidden” page.
The ‘403 Forbidden’ error during Login-to-Pay cash-in occurs because the API key used in your integration does not have the necessary permissions to initiate the Login-to-Pay flow. This is documented as error code PY0019 - Forbidden. To resolve this:
- Review your Welcome Letter (sent by Maya to your nominated email) to confirm that the Login-to-Pay feature has been explicitly activated for your integration.
- If the feature is not listed as activated, contact your Maya Relationship Manager to request permission enablement.
- Do not retry the request until permission is confirmed, as the error is due to access restrictions, not transient system issues.

Is the error happening for all your transactions?
Hi @frances.kagahastian, the transaction is in Production by a customer of our merchant. It seems to be an isolated case only to this customer but worth looking into as this customer is a high-value VIP spender on Maya. A PAYM ticket has already been raised but no conclusion yet.
