Maya Business Manager walkthrough

Please provide walkthrough for Maya Business Manager portal

The Maya Business Manager portal is designed for Production environment management and does not support Sandbox access. Here’s how to navigate and use it:

  1. Register and Activate: Complete your business profile at Maya Business Manager and activate your preferred online payment solution (e.g., Maya Checkout).

  2. Generate API Keys:

    • Navigate to “Solutions” in the sidebar.
    • Select your activated solution (e.g., Maya Checkout).
    • Click “Set up Online Payments” and complete the form.
    • Copy and securely store the generated Public and Secret API keys — this is the only time they are visible.
  3. Authentication:

    • API keys are used for authenticating requests to Maya’s APIs. For plugins, keys are configured directly in the plugin dashboard. For direct API integration, use HTTP Basic Authentication with your Public or Secret key as the username (password left blank).
  4. Set Up Webhooks:

    • Configure webhooks to receive real-time payment event notifications (e.g., successful payments, failures). Refer to the Webhooks guide.
  5. Go Live:

    • After testing in Sandbox (using Maya Manager 1.0), use your Production API keys and real cards/e-wallets to test live transactions.
    • Launch your application and ensure reconciliation with settlement reports.

Note: Sandbox testing requires access to Maya Manager 1.0. Contact business.signup@maya.ph if you need Sandbox access.
