Maya Manager: How to give access to other developers?

For anyone here, how can you give access to other developers on your team to generate API keys and check transactions via the Maya Manager dashboard?

I have new team members who’d like to also have access.

To grant access to other developers on your team to use Maya Manager 1.0 for generating API keys and checking transactions, follow these steps:

  1. The nominated company representative (the person who originally received access) must collect the valid and active email addresses of the developers who need access.
  2. Send these email addresses to your assigned Maya Relationship Manager.
  3. The Relationship Manager will send each developer an invitation link to set up their own account in Maya Manager 1.0.
  4. Once the developers complete the setup, they will be able to generate API keys and view transactions under your merchant account.

Note: Access to Maya Manager 1.0 is restricted to authorized personnel only, and only the nominated representative can initiate this process. If you are unsure who your Relationship Manager is, contact business.signup@maya.ph for assistance.
