How long is the process for the backend team to approve my Maya Checkout and Invoicing? I badly wanna get access to production API so that I can start doing my business operations. This has been my number blocker. It’s been more than 4 business days ever since the tele-sales agent told me that “my application has been forwarded to the backend team, and is up for approval”.
It seems you may be referring to the onboarding process for Maya Checkout and Invoicing. The estimated timeline for merchant account creation and sandbox onboarding is around 1 week. After completing the sandbox testing and submitting your signoff, Maya’s acceptance testing and review of your platform will be initiated, which may take around 2-3 business days. Once you have obtained Maya’s acceptance testing approval, you can proceed to the production environment. The transition to production is estimated to take around 1-2 weeks. Therefore, the total estimated time for the backend team to approve your Maya Checkout and Invoicing and grant access to the production API is around 4-6 weeks.
