To resolve this, verify the card BIN and ensure it is supported by your merchant configuration. Check the merchant’s BIN mapping and confirm that the card type is enabled for your environment. If the issue persists, contact Maya Business Support with the Terminal Type, Merchant and Terminal IDs, Error Code, and relevant logs.
