P2 - Sunmi Terminal Card Error

Hi Team Maya, may I ask the possible reason and how to resolve the error notification “unsupported card” This usually appear for newly deployed Sunmi Terminals.

The ‘unsupported card’ error on Sunmi Terminals is likely due to an invalid or unrecognized card BIN (Bank Identification Number) or a misconfiguration between the Client ID, Merchant ID, and BIN. To resolve this, verify the card BIN and ensure it is supported by your merchant configuration. Check the merchant’s BIN mapping and confirm that the card type is enabled for your environment. If the issue persists, contact Maya Business Support with the Terminal Type, Merchant and Terminal IDs, Error Code, and relevant logs.
