Can I use MID initially used for staging, also for production with PWM transactions?
No, you cannot reuse the Merchant ID (MID) from the staging (sandbox) environment for production Pay with Maya (PWM) transactions. Sandbox and Production environments are completely separate, with distinct MIDs, API keys, and configurations. You must obtain a dedicated production MID through the official onboarding process. Using a sandbox MID in production will result in transaction failures due to invalid merchant configuration.
