SUNMI and PAX terminals

We’re integrating with the terminals via ECR. We received both a sunmi and pax terminal. Will our development vary depending on the type of terminal?

No, your development will not vary significantly depending on the type of terminal. The API integration specifications are the same for both SUNMI and PAX terminals. However, you should consider the differences in their capabilities and configurations. For example, only PAX A920 has ‘wireless’ ECR capability and can support custom ads or image display on the Maya Terminal. Only Sunmi P2 supports Pre-authorization via Maya ECR Integration. Additionally, Sunmi and PAX have different USB drivers. You can refer to Document 1 for more details on the differences and the integration process.
