Hi @matthew90510, we’ve already requested our teams to reset the password for this account, +639900100900. You may now retry your Sandbox testing.
The password and OTP are: Password@1, and 123456, respectively.

Hi, the main problem is I do not have the sandbox app. I have emailed but no reply.
Can you share me the sandbox app?

CASE NUMBER: 26796568. They need assistance with sandbox testing. This concern was raised on June 2.

Hi @matthew90510, could you share what solution you are testing in the Sandbox?

we need perform a ewallet test. but we dont have the sandbox ewallet app (the maya app)
we can generate QR using sandbox api & key. but we can’t make payment to pass this test. so our project can’t go live.

If you don’t have the testing app, I think you can use the login and pay, instead of the QRPh payment. After your website redirects to the payment to the Maya page, you can use the test account to login.

I used this guide when I did my team’s one time payment: developers.maya.ph/reference/one-time-payment-using-maya-wallet
