We would like to know, what is the current trasanction expiry time configured at Maya’s end for Boku MID for the users paying via PWM?
We were told that the users can complete their payment upto 60 mins however, at Boku we normally expire the transactions under 10 to 15 mins so. if we receive a completion callback from Maya after the expiry time set by Boku - that will cause a transaction mismatch.
Hence wanted to understand the current behaviour. Thanks!

Based on the documentation, a Pay with Maya payment request has a default validity of 30 minutes from the time it is created. If the payment is not completed within this period, the transaction will automatically be marked as expired.
It is also recommended to handle the payment based on the status returned by the API or webhook notifications (e.g., PAYMENT_SUCCESS, PAYMENT_EXPIRED, etc.).
