But our Merchant is not integrated for Cards Acceptance. They are integrated for wallets only. Pay With Maya solution. How come they encounter PY0121? Does this translate to insufficient Balance for wallets? Please confirm thanks!
Hello @renzoatos,
Thank you for raising this.
To clarify, PY0121 corresponds to Card is Expired. For reference: Customer, Account and Card Related Errors
Since you mentioned that the merchant is integrated only with Pay with Maya and not card acceptance, we’ll need to review the specific transaction internally to determine what may have triggered this response code. There could be underlying routing or funding source scenarios that require further validation.
If this occurred in production, please coordinate with business.support@maya.ph and provide the complete transaction details, including:
- Request/Reference Number
- Transaction ID (if available)
- Date and time of the transaction
- Any relevant logs or payloads
This will allow the team to properly investigate and confirm the root cause.
Let us know if this was encountered in the sandbox or production so we can guide you accordingly.
