Once I’m done with testing my Maya Checkout on Sandbox, what are the next steps I should consider and are there pre-requisites?
After testing your Maya Checkout integration on Sandbox, the next steps are to submit a Go-Live Request via email to Ops.Online@maya.ph and your Maya Relationship Manager. Include in your request: Merchant Name, Merchant ID (MID), a screenshot of a 200 OK webhook response, and a screenshot of one successful transaction per scheme (Visa, Mastercard, JCB). Before going live, ensure your system handles all key payment states and scenarios, and conduct pilot testing in Production using real cards and e-wallet accounts. After going live, submit your final signoff and prepare for your public launch.
