I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the recent changes to the Maya Business platform.
Why were customers not given clear and sufficient prior notice that a major platform update would affect access to their business wallet and funds?
This is not an ordinary consumer platform. Maya Business is handling business transactions and business funds. Any major migration, system change, wallet transition, or change in how funds are held and accessed should be communicated clearly and well in advance.
If existing wallet balances are being transferred or migrated to a new Business Deposit system, customers should have been informed:

Will there be any period where funds cannot be accessed?

What action is required from the merchant?

What should merchants do if they urgently need access to their funds?
Simply logging in and discovering that the previous wallet is no longer accessible, while the replacement Business Deposit section is unavailable, creates unnecessary uncertainty—especially for businesses that depend on these funds.
Where is the professionalism and proper change-management process expected from a business financial platform?
Businesses cannot simply be expected to wait while their funds are being migrated or while a new system is being activated. These are not insignificant balances or ordinary platform data. This is people’s business money.
I strongly urge Maya Business to provide a clear public explanation of this transition and, more importantly, to ensure that merchants have continuous and reliable access to their funds during major platform changes.
A business platform should operate with transparency, proper communication, accountability, and respect for its merchants.
Maya Business: please explain what happened, why merchants were not adequately notified beforehand, and what measures are being taken to ensure immediate access to existing funds during this transition.
