Woocommerce and keys problem

Hi @ all.

i try for hours to activate Maya in my woocommerce shop.
Install and active the Plugin for Maya. Enabled the plugin in settings, created the public and secret key and also added the webhooks to portal.

But i always get the error “Invalid authentication credentials. Kindly verify if the key you are using is correct.” .. so aksed chatgbt and it told me that the keys need to start with pk-live but my starts with pk-numbers and letters. So KI explained that i need to upgrade the key creation to v2 .. but i cannot find it.

Or is something else wrong? Support does not answer any questions … can someone help me here?

Hi @Baschti

Just to make sure, have you followed all the setup instructions here: WooCommerce , specifically, the installation of the most recent Maya Plugin and the setup of API keys and webhooks?

If it is showing an error “Invalid authentication credentials. Kindly verify if the key you are using is correct.”, then, it really means that the API keys you are using are not valid/correct.

Please make sure the API keys created in the Maya Manager are under the merchant account that is “cleared” for Maya Checkout - WooCommerce are the ones used in the API keys setup in the WooCommerce dashboard: https://developers.maya.ph/docs/woocommerce-plugin-troubleshooting-guide#review-api-keys-setup (the clue is in the merchant account name).

Also, take note that you need to include the ‘pk-’ and ‘sk-’ prefixes.

Please also check the troubleshooting guide for the webhooks: WooCommerce Troubleshooting Guide .

Thanks!

Hallo, yes, i followed this instruction and updated several the key but still same error. Then asked Chatgbt and it says that i need to upgrade my account to Online Checkout V2 API Keys (pk-live / sk-live) bcs the keys does not start with LIVE inside.

I did not find where to change so i wrote the support.

@Baschti

Since you have already followed the setup guide and the troubleshooting guide for WooCommerce, then, we may please ask that you contact our business support business.support@maya.ph or explore Maya Business Help Desk.

Please also notify your Maya Relationship Manager that you have issues integrating in Production. Thanks

Guys, the support sucks..no one answers to emails for weeks… is there any othe roption for help?

@carlos.matute Is it possible to support me by a screen session? No one from Maya supports answers by email.. feel lost here

@Baschti Where did you generate your keys? Which dashboard did you use?

  1. Quick Start Guide with Maya Business Manager
  2. Quick Start Guide with Maya Manager 1.0

Because if it’s the second one, you can contact the assigned Relationship Manager to you, to check what solution was onboarded to you.

Hi @Baschti,

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. While your case will ultimately need to be handled by the Business Support team, I’d recommend that you please contact business.support@maya.ph, and check the onboarded solution to your account.

In parallel, to get a better idea of what’s going on, could you share which specific step in the WooCommerce integration guide you’re encountering issues with? WooCommerce

If you can also include any error messages, screenshots, or a short description of what you’ve already tried, that would help narrow things down.
